This review and analysis ( " review analysis " ) has been compiled by the hong kong arts development council ( " the council " ) from the views and opinions expressed by the public in hong kong and given in response to a questionnaire ( " the questionnaire " ) forming an invitation ( " the invitation " ) issued by the council for one week commencing on 9th february 2004 to the public to express views in relation to the west kowloon cultural district project ( " the project " ) "香港艺术发展局( "艺发局" )在二零零四年二月九日发出问卷( "问卷" )邀请全港市民( "该邀请" )就西九龙文娱艺术区发展计划( "该计划" )提交意见，为期一周。艺发局现将公众人士对于该计划提出的意见、建议及就问卷所作的回覆编集成此报告及分析( "本分析报告" ) 。
